We have removed lice and nits from hundreds of children and their families. We take the time to remove nits properly from each and every strand of hair incorporating the Shepherd Method™ along with non-toxic products to help facilitate lice removal. No pesticides of any kind are used which makes it safe for everyone.

DeLiceful is certified and trained in the Shepherd Method™ removing nits and louse by hand, one strand of hair at a time. We believe this is the only way to guarantee clean, lice free hair and provide our clients with the best service possible.

We first apply a natural enzyme-based product to kill the live lice. Once the hair is saturated with the enzyme, we use a special nit comb to...comb, comb, comb, comb, comb...through the entire head until nits or lice are no longer visible. After combing, we will check the entire head, using paper-thin sections. We will manually remove any remaining nits. Once the manual nit removal is complete, we will blow dry the hair and perform a recheck to ensure all nits and lice were removed.

Once you are finally "de-liced" of all nits and lice, we will put more enzyme product in the hair and comb through short hair or put long hair in a pony tail.
